Senior Account Executive - B2B Technology

Public relations B2B technology boutique international firm is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its new San Francisco team working with innovative tech startups and cutting-edge sectors like fintech, sustainability, Web3, and venture capital. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll work closely with C-level executives and Heads of Communications, to shape their messaging, drive strategy, and support high-profile announcements—ranging from new product launches to major funding rounds. Senior Account Executive (B2B Technology) Responsibilities: Support day-to-day client communications and execute strategic PR initiatives Help to develop and pitch story ideas, securing media coverage in national outlets and trades Cultivate strong relationships with key tech journalists and media contacts Draft compelling written content that aligns with client goals and upcoming announcements Manage client calls and brainstorm creative campaigns for news announcements Work across 4 - 6 accounts in the technology space Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting deadlines Mentor and guide junior team members Maintain a keen understanding of emerging tech trends and industry topics Senior Account Executive (B2B Technology) Requirements: 1.5 years of experience in PR, communications, or journalism; public relations / communications agency experience strongly preferred Experience working with B2B technology clients, such as: fintech, AI, blockchain, web3, VC, deeptech, B2B enterprise, sustainability, future of work, and more. Strong interest in current tech trends Experience pitching media and drafting content, such as press releases, bylines, white papers, etc. Experience helping to manage client relationships and executing PR strategies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Location: San Francisco, CA Work Environment: Hybrid - All employees MUST be able to come into the San Francisco office three days/week . Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
