Salary range: $67k -$80k benefits The Marketing Coordinator will support and work closely with the Brand Manager to optimize brand metrics and assist in the execution of Consumer, Trade, and DTC Marketing strategies across channels and media for JAWS, John Anthony Vineyards, Johnny Tejas and Hachidori Sakes. This is an exciting opportunity to not only work with our flagship John Anthony Vineyards luxury wine brand, but also to launch new brands expanding into the spirits industry. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal and external creative, media and marketing partners; WH Sales teams, distributors, and retailers; and DTC sales, eComm and hospitality teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about brand marketing in the wine and spirits industry. Key Responsibilities Brand Support: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all channels to ensure a cohesive brand images. Manage and update the asset library, including brand collateral, logos, and templates. · Provide internal and external Brand representation and ambassadorship Campaign & Project Execution: Coordinate logistics for trade events, eCommerce promotions, and DTC hospitality initiatives. Assist in content creation, including copywriting, managing creative assets, presentations, sell decks, collateral and collaborating with internal and external partners. Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables to ensure smooth execution. · Contribute to Consumer Marketing, Trade Marketing and DTC planning across channels to support Sales goals. Support Integrated Marketing Execution: · Support Brand Manager in the execution of campaigns and evergreen initiatives ensuring alignment with brand goals and guidelines, marketing metrics and business objectives across: · Consumer: Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels · Trade: Shopper, 4 th Tier, Events and Hospitality, and Trade Partner channels · DTC: Destination, eComm, Sales, Events and Hospitality, and Club channels Contribute to Marketing Reporting, Analysis and Optimization: · Update Brand dashboard monthly · Track day to day performance and report key metrics to the Brand Manager · Contribute to monthly and quarterly executive reporting and presentations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related fields; experience in wine or luxury industries strongly preferred. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, RedChirp, WineDirect, and WinePulse is highly sought after. · Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with various teams and external partners. · Fluent across Consumer, Trade and DTC marketing channels and media · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing. · Attention to detail and a strong ability to follow through on projects. · Curiosity and passion for the wine and spirits industry and brand marketing.
