About the job: NEOS Investments, LLC seeks a highly motivated and growth oriented Marketing Associate to serve as a vital part of an experienced team of investment professionals. The Marketing Associate will work directly with the Head of Marketing to support a robust marketing program spanning both digital and traditional media channels to promote the potential value propositions of ETFs issued by NEOS Investments to varying audiences. Essential Job Functions: Manage the production of marketing collateral and maintain an updated library of approved materials on a monthly basis Help manage production and publishing of content to company website, social media channels, and through the company’s marketing automation platform Work with other departments as needed to maintain and update marketing materials Work collaboratively with Compliance teams to ensure all ETF-related marketing materials are in accordance with the latest FINRA and SEC rules and regulations Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Experience using web content management systems and marketing automation platforms (Wordpress and Pardot preferred) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics preferred), as well as the Adobe Creative Suite Proven project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to independently manage time to meet deadlines and deliverables Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Education and Experience: BA/BS degree, (marketing and/or communications preferred) 1-3 years’ relevant work experience in marketing or communications (experience with financial services marketing preferred) What We Offer: Highly competitive compensation Health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans 401(k) savings plan Paid time off Equal Employment Opportunity: NEOS Investments, LLC is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
