In this position, you will be responsible for:
Pursuing Brand/Marketing Strategy
Adopt the Strategy for Kroon and El Gallo Azul and ensure consistent brand development
Actively contribute to Mexico team strategies and plans from Marketing perspective
Co-create Innovation ideas, convert viable ideas into plans and deliver on projects
Set KPI’s for brands and track progress
Owning the Marketing Calendar
Develop and manage Marketing Calendar for Kroon and El Gallo Azul to enable team to reach business objectives
Manage A&P budget
Ensure OTIF activation on Marketing Calendar
POS materials coordination
Event development and execution
Communication Development
Coordinate development of key communication materials and content
ATL/BTL media plans & executions.
Social media & influences: brief on content and give approvals, monthly track results (reach, engagement, awareness)
PR development focused on building brand reputation
Distributor & Agency Management
Manage relationship & contract with key agencies
Set KPI’s and track progress
Coordinate invoicing streams via administration system
Training: train Sales Force on the brands and stories to bring to market
Analysis & Business Review
Interpret available market insights from Business/Market Intelligence reports and other available sources and utilize the insights in developing and improving the brand strategy.
Actively contribute to monthly business review (internal and with customers) by reporting on progress and determine follow up actions
Nielsen monthly analysis providing insights to drive business decisions
Consumer surveys to test new products and concepts
Yearly brand tracking measuring awareness and brand health
