You are:
A Supply Chain and Operations professional who helps clients implement the end-to-end planning process across supply chain and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving efficiency. You will work with clients in implementing Sales & Operations planning, demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management capabilities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
The work:
Understand one or more of the following integrated planning processes: Demand Forecasting, S&OP, S&OE, Inventory Planning.
Find solutions to clients’ supply chain and operations integrated planning challenges.
Spot and solve challenges using analytical & strategy skills to dive into data and compare with industry peers.
Assist with workshops that look for ways to improve organizations and processes.
Determine methods and procedures to use when completing projects.
Provide clients with insights that help make their companies work better, faster, and more efficiently.
Challenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growth.
Use digital tech to help clients find new ways to enhance their organizations' effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead small to medium-sized teams with diverse backgrounds, skills, and knowledge.
Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.
Utilize the latest analytical tools and digital tech to help clients understand how to improve their organizations.
Travel Expectations:
Hybrid approach is the current norm – roughly 30-50% travel expected based on client needs.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working on Supply Chain initiatives.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working on Integrated Planning initiatives.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Hi-Tech, Software & Platforms, Semi-Conductor, Life Sciences, Industrial, Energy, Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, and Travel Services.
Minimum of 1 year of external experience at a consulting firm or 2 years of internal consulting experience at a role equivalent to Manager level within the industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Bonus points if:
You have a deep specialization in strategies for one or more of the following: Demand Forecasting, S&OP, S&OE, Inventory Planning.
You have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
You’ve earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
You have a functional-level understanding of integrated planning specific or general planning & execution technology solutions (e.g., IBP, O9, OMP, Kinaxis, etc.).
Lean or Six Sigma qualifications.
You can use the latest data analytics tools to spot opportunities for improvement.
Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
