Position Summary Are you passionate about making a difference in the way CVS pharmacies operate? The Senior Manager role on the Pharmacy Operations Process Innovation team may be right for you. This role will focus primarily on translating identified opportunities to improve customer service, colleague engagement, and efficiency into new programs, tools, and processes that can be integrated into, or expand upon, the retail pharmacy operating model. Primary Responsibilities Developing a deep understanding of business and applying knowledge to identify opportunities to address potential business challenges. Independently designing and executing implementation programs. Supporting retail field leadership and store teams to successfully convert to new processes and workflows. Presenting and articulating conclusions and recommendations to the leadership team. Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to drive results and resolve issues encountered by the team, including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary. Preparing materials and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise. Required Qualifications 7+ years’ experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Pharmacy/Healthcare, and/or Consulting. 5+ years of demonstrated increasing responsibility roles in corporate or retail operational/field environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Possesses both analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; able to identify solution types that are both evolutionary and highly disruptive. Ability to develop high performing teams, key talent, and manage staff. Ability to drive efficient and effective planning processes by implementing and upholding a strong project management discipline across boundaries. Ability to influence at all levels – up to and including Executive Vice Presidents. Excellent written & oral communication skills and strong presentation skills are required. Travel up to 10%. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years’ experience designing and executing large scale change management strategies. Education Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $199,144.80. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
