The ideal candidate will manage property insurance disputes through litigation, negotiation, and settlement, ensuring clients achieve the best possible outcomes. Duties: Handle property insurance claims and disputes from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations. Collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions. Manage case files effectively and ensure all deadlines are met. Communicate with clients to provide updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims or civil litigation. Strong preference for candidates with First-Party Property experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the Florida Bar. Skills: Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective negotiation and advocacy skills. Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
