Summary: We're seeking a skilled IT professional to provide implementation, support, and maintenance for network and infrastructure environments. This role involves working with various technologies and requires strong problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Support Microsoft core business applications and virtualization environments (Citrix, Microsoft, VMware) Implement and support Microsoft Server technologies Monitor and resolve issues for WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security products Manage support tickets and document resolutions professionally Interface with clients and vendors to implement projects and resolve technical issues Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve services Requirements: Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, conversation) Experience with networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls) preferred Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN operations and protocols Adaptability and quick learning ability Analytical thinking and attention to detail Additional Information: Frequent travel within Southern California required Valid driver's license and personal vehicle needed Flexible work schedule to support 24/7 operations Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and heavier items with assistance Willingness to perform duties outside normal responsibilities as needed We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
