The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details. As Identity & Access Management (I & AM) Engineer and Developer you will be responsible for: Design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of access controls enhancements. Reducing risk of access controls failures and improving business and operational efficiencies. Hands-on experience implementing technology solutions to automate and monitor I & AM sustainable access controls issues. As an IAM Engineer and Developer you should demonstrate the following experience and work: Solid understanding of IAM Certification, Access Controls, Accounts Inventories with Ownership and LCM, and Regional Regulatory & Approval requirements. API and Integration development leveraging above technology. API Integration with Service Now tool or SNOW experience is preferred. Participation in unit testing and team data quality efforts. System Integration Testing including integration with upstream and downstream systems. Strong understanding of testing and implementation lifecycles for identity access technologies including root cause analysis. Ability to effectively work with team members across multiple locations and time zones. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Help engineer team to write and document design specs and solutions according to defined processes, policies and standards with information security requirements. Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. Proactive mindset and behaviors. Ability to lead complex efforts with minimal supervision. Adaptability to new and changing environments and handling multiple priorities. Solid understanding of system logical access and audit controls are desirable. Required Skills: Strong knowledge and 7+ years of hands-on engineering and development experience. Application Development Experience with .Net technologies, Web Services APIs, JavaScript, XML, JSON, AJAX and others. Oracle data model and tables design, complex queries development and tuning. Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries development, tuning and optimization experiences. Develop triggers to log audit logs and data change history. Strong SQL Server and tSQL experience. Experience with User friendly UI WEB Design. Experience with IAM vendor-based solutions implementations is a plus. Experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic chart for data analysis and reporting. OS UNIX, Windows and SQL database experience and knowledge are a plus. Desirable Skills: Professional certifications such as Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) are a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred. Work Location(s): As per MUFG’s Return to Office policy, must work onsite for 4 days per week & 1 day remote out of either Tampa, FL or Tempe, AZ (Preference) or Jersey City, NJ. The typical base pay range for this role is between $114K - $150K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
