Minimum Requirements
Experience:
5+ years experience as Data Engineer, Data Warehouse Specialist, Consultant, or related occupation Application Development Methodology:
including Agile and Waterfall approaches, functional requirements, process modeling and re-engineering, use case development, user acceptance testing, organizational change management, and large-scale system implementations Experience:
with data warehousing, data ingestion, and data profiling Proficiency:
with relational database modeling, querying (SQL), pivoting data, and working with clinical data Experience:
working with standard (medical) image formats (e.g., DICOM, TIFF, MHD) Skills:
Python, CI/CD, and git Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Responsibilities
Work with scientists, contractors, and IT staff to curate, organize, and document clinical images from Genentech and Roche trials Lead the team responsible for developing data curation algorithms to prepare and ensure usability of imaging data Support development of Machine Learning/Deep Learning (ML/DL) algorithms and pipelines using image data Continually search for opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes Promote and educate customers and stakeholders on the Clinical Imaging platform functionality to ensure successful adoption Work with business stakeholders and customers to identify functional needs for Clinical Imaging platform and ensure delivery working with product team Engage in clinical imaging in multiple therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Neurology Salary:
