System Admin & Integration Specialist As a
System Admin & Integration Specialist , you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the company's Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will manage a variety of initiatives, from supporting software implementations to creating mobile apps. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, willing to learn and adapt, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities ERP Launch & Administration:
Support the launch of our Infor Syteline (CSI) ERP, including software integrations, customizations, and mobility. Support system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with vendors and IT teams to implement solutions. Business Process Optimization through Technology:
Analyze and document business workflows to identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ERP solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Provide training and support to users on best practices for leveraging Infor ERP and WMS functionalities. Data Integration and Reporting:
Generate business reports to be consumed by all levels within the company. Develop, maintain, and enhance data integration between ERP, WMS, and other systems (e.g., EDI, supply chain management tools). Design and implement customized reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems. User Support and Training:
Provide day-to-day support for users of Infor ERP and warehouse technologies, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing education to existing users on system features and capabilities. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the warehouse team, supply chain management, business development, and other key departments to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations. API Development:
Create strategy for APIs to integrate with other company systems and future e-commerce website. Scope out and develop the APIs as needed to grow our technology presence. Hands-on Support:
Be ready to jump in wherever needed to ensure the success of the company's operations, whether that’s in the warehouse or in the office. Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in supply chain management, operations, or a related field. Experience with SQL, data integration tools, ETL, or other technical skills related to ERP systems (e.g., Infor ION, Infor Birst, etc.) is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to tackling tasks. Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks in a startup environment, including hands-on operational support. Strong problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Infor ERP systems, including Infor CloudSuite, Infor LN, or Infor M3. Background in supply chain management, operations, or logistics. Experience with software implementation or operational system upgrades. Familiarity with construction materials or distribution environments is a plus, but not required. NOTE:
