About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global HR Service Delivery to lead the implementation and oversight of HR processes that span the entire team member lifecycle on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the HR service delivery strategy in alignment with business goals, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services, and maintaining a focus on the team member experience. This role requires a leader who can drive a culture of excellence, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and collaborate with HR leadership to integrate HR services with broader HR initiatives.
Applicants must have a strong knowledge of HR legislation, employment law, and HR systems, with a preference for experience in Workday. The role demands the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, lead large-scale HR programs in a global environment, and operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in HR, particularly in HR operations or shared services, and at least 5 years in a leadership role within HR, preferably in HR service delivery. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required. The Vice President will also be responsible for ensuring the team's compliance with regional regulatory requirements, employment laws, and corporate policies, as well as implementing performance metrics to measure and improve operational performance.
