Handle civil litigation cases with a focus on construction law, personal injury, general liability, and business litigation. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Participate in discovery, depositions, and court appearances on behalf of clients. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters, providing support in trials and appeals. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations. Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic legal advice. Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
Minimum of two years of civil litigation experience, with an emphasis on construction law. Strong academic record, with demonstrated analytical and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and courtroom advocacy. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Active Bar membership in the State of Oregon (required). Skills:
