Our Team Who you are: Our ideal candidate will share our values, adhere to our culture, and have our clients’ best interest at heart. The Project Developer is often the first person to meet with our clients, so a professional, friendly demeanor is a must while also determining what projects will be a good fit for our company. Additionally, our Project Developer will oversee the sales cycle of multiple projects at a time while acting as a trusted advisor to each of our prospects and clients. What you will do: Sell remodeling projects that meet homeowner needs, represent our value, and generate profit. Apply Sandler Training sales tactics and product knowledge to present services professionally. Understand the sales process, pricing, and proposal models. Communicate value and provide recommendations to clients to ensure their needs are met. Create and present effective proposals. Coordinate sold projects with Design and Production teams for smooth transition to construction. Develop client relationships, referrals, and effective centers of influence to maximize revenue. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through multiple channels (referrals, cold calling, email, etc.). Contribute to quarterly business and marketing plans to meet sales quotas. Stay updated on industry trends and new products. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics. Participate in regular company and departmental meetings. Your Qualifications: 5+ years of Sales experience Residential Construction knowledge is helpful Consultative sales experience Hungry Humble Smart What you will get: $50,000 base plus generous commission and regular performance bonuses (earning potential $80,000-$200,000+) 2 weeks paid vacation 9 holidays Sick leave Medical insurance with 75% of premiums paid by employer Additional discounted life/disability/accident insurance available Company apparel How to Apply: Apply with your most recent (and updated) resume.
