through various warehousing, distribution, and delivery options. Position Summary: Industries is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about HVAC applications, teaching, and delivering exceptional customer support. As an Application Engineer, you will collaborate with HVAC engineers, become a trusted resource for engineering firms, and promote Bartos Industries’ comprehensive product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Consultation and Support:
Work closely with HVAC engineers to provide application and technical support for our product portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal system performance. Technical Expertise:
Present and explain complex technical concepts, including psychrometric charts, fan curves, humidification technology, and other HVAC principles, to clients and colleagues. Vendor Collaboration:
Partner with vendors to access advanced technical expertise and product support when needed. Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, becoming a trusted advisor to achieve basis of design and influence project specifications. Training and Presentation:
Deliver engaging training sessions, seminars, and presentations to clients, colleagues, and industry partners, showcasing product capabilities and applications. Product Promotion:
Advocate for Bartos Industries’ product portfolio by aligning solutions with customer needs and project requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) a huge plus! Strong understanding of HVAC principles and system design, including psychometrics, fan systems, and humidification. Excellent presentation and teaching skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships. Familiarity with HVAC product lines, systems, and applications; previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
