Join us at our well-established Sonoma-based winery, where we have dedicated over two decades to perfecting the art of crafting exquisite Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We are excited to unveil a new, luxurious hospitality space set to open in Spring 2025, and we are on the lookout for passionate and dynamic individuals to join our enthusiastic team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences that highlight the unique characteristics of our site-driven wines. We believe in creating memorable moments that are focused on our guests and that deepen their connection to wines made in Northern California.
Current Opportunities:
We have both full-time and part-time positions available, specifically during the weekend. Our team is expanding, and we have a range of hospitality roles to fill, including: Full-Time and Part-Time Wine Sales Educators:
Share your passion for wine and educate our guests on the nuances of our offerings while driving sales. Concierge Customer Service:
Provide outstanding service and assistance to our guests, engage and develop industry partnerships in the community. Part-Time Bussing Staff:
Support our team in maintaining a clean and inviting environment, contributing to the overall success of our hospitality efforts.

Essential Wine Hospitality Responsibilities:
Welcome and host guests for reserve tasting experiences, ensuring a positive and professional representation of our brand and story in an authentic and engaging narrative. Develop long-term client relations that lead to on-premise sales and wine club memberships. Creative communications skills with focus on the guests experience and high level of wine service. Maintain a welcoming guest experience in our new hospitality space, including opening preparations and outdoor seating arrangements. Schedule appointments on a shared team calendar and actively assist with incoming communications through phone, email, and reservation systems. Accurately enter orders into our POS system (experience with Commerce 7, Tock and Wineshipping are a plus) and follow the sales cycle through fulfillment and delivery, maintaining effective communication with clients before and after appointments. Prepare tasting experiences by generating menus, setting up wines and stemware, and collaborating with team members to ensure a welcoming environment. Assist management with winery projects, community outreach, and participate in offsite tastings and events as needed. Polishing stemware, stocking inventory and keeping eye on property maintenance, working with bussing staff on weekends and high season.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be 21 years of age. 2+ years experience in premium wine hospitality, wine production or high-end restaurant service preferred. Strong knowledge and passion for wine. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-driven with the ability to work effectively both as a team and self-started to work independently to drive visitorship. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to read your audience and tailor experiences to fit client expectations. Professional appearance with an enthusiastic personality. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be comfortable standing and moving for extended periods in variable temperatures. Proficient in computer systems; experience with Tock, C7, WineShipping and is a plus. Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment without compromising exceptional customer service. Flexible availability to work varied schedules, including weekends and some holidays.

Committed to offering livable wages above industry standards, including hourly wages, plus sales commissions and gratuities and benefits.
