About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that drive our business forward. You will be working across the entire technology stack, with a focus on either Rust or Golang for backend development, and React for the frontend. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable full-stack software using either Rust or Golang for the backend, and React for the frontend Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and deliver exceptional user experiences Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment Write clean, well-documented, and testable code Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other engineers Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices Mentor junior engineers and share your expertise Troubleshoot and debug production issues Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools Tier 2 on-call for services that are owned by your team What you'll need: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering Strong proficiency in either Rust or Golang, with experience building backend HTTP-based SaaS products Experience with React and TypeScript Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for building high-quality software and solving challenging problems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience writing GraphQL APIs Nice to Haves: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with gRPC Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Contributions to open-source projects Benefits we offer: Competitive salaries Stock options Medical, dental, vision, life, and coverage Flexible spending account (FSA) Flexible vacation policy 401(k) plan Come join our remote team and discover the possibilities of your best career!
