In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design and development of plumbing systems for a variety of projects across the nation. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed engineer (PE) who is passionate about plumbing design and eager to contribute their expertise to a thriving company. Responsibilities: Lead plumbing design projects from conception to completion. Develop detailed plans and specifications for plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. Perform calculations for pipe sizing, water demand, and system pressure. Select appropriate plumbing fixtures and equipment. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems with other building systems. Mentor junior engineers and designers. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and oversee construction progress. Stay abreast of industry standards and codes. Contribute to the overall success of MEPCE by upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. Experience with plumbing design software is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
