What You Will Get To Do: Develop, design, and implement Cloud IVR / IVA applications using programming languages such as Java, SQL, Spring Boot (Middle Tier) and other relevant technologies. Analyze, design, program, and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IVR/IVA solutions. Create and maintain call flow diagrams, voice user interface (VUI), and conversational design for optimal user experience. Integrate automated systems with back-ends including APIs, Web Services, JSON. Test and troubleshoot IVR/IVA applications to identify and resolve technical issues or bugs. Optimize IVR/IVA performance by analyzing system data, monitoring call traffic, natural language tuning, utilizing diagnostic tools and implementing improvements. Provide an escalation point for client issues related to software development and support; align with enterprise architectural strategies. Close existing software defects and ensure maintenance of architectural diagrams. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work-related experience. Experience with Cloud and Natural Language/IVA – experience with CXOne/Smart Assist is a huge plus. Hands-on experience in Java, SQL, Spring Boot (Middle Tier) and other relevant technologies. A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
