Hello! We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team at Leidos. As an Expert UI/UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs. We are seeking someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for creating intuitive and seamless user experiences, and a drive to constantly improve and innovate. Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and software products. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and apply them to enhance the overall user experience. Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented. Perform user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate designs. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms. Maintain and update design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to present design concepts and progress updates. Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into user-centered designs. Continuously seek feedback and suggestions for improvement from team members and stakeholders. Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining a high level of quality in designs. Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and usability standards. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues. Create and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise in UI/UX design. Proactively identify and suggest new design ideas and concepts to improve the overall user experience.
