This position offers the opportunity to work on related matters with the support of the firm’s deep commercial litigation, fiduciary litigation, white-collar litigation, and insurance litigation practice groups. Duties:
Provide legal support and assistance to attorneys in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors Rights practice. Collaborate on a wide range of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare legal documents. Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs. Engage in case management, including document review and organization. Attend client meetings and assist with case strategy and preparation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have 3 to 4 years of relevant legal experience. All candidates must possess very strong academic records. Exceptional writing and analytical skills are a must. A judicial clerkship experience is helpful and desirable. Mandatory Bar membership in one or more of Delaware, New Jersey, or New York. Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:
Bar membership in one or more of Delaware, New Jersey, or New York. Skills:
Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings. Case management and organization capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team. Knowledge of bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights laws and regulations.
