Senior Engineer for MSP (Las Vegas)

Job Summary Customer Support/Network Engineer needed for local Las Vegas IT managed services company. Responsibilities and Duties Cybersecurity Skills Preferred. Help grow the company by providing excellent customer support. Managed Services (Connectwise Automate, Control). Quick learner with excellent retention and problem-solving skills. Must be able to solve issues quickly and independently. Remote and onsite support. Servers: All Windows Server platforms. Active Directory and Group Policies. Experience with MS Azure & M365 (certification preferred). MS Windows: all. Hyper-V and VMware. Dell and HP (DRAC, ILO, Servers/PCs). SonicWALL and Meraki (routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, phone systems). Site-to-site VPNs and remote host VPNs. DNS Records Management and DHCP. MS and many other desktop applications. Mac OSx, iDevices, and Android devices. Cloud Backup Systems (will train). MS, CISCO, APPLE and other IT certifications a plus. 2 year college degree a plus. 2 years of IT support experience with emphasis on customer service, PCs/Macs, networks, servers, printers, and mobile devices. Must have reliable car or truck and be able to drive to local client sites. Must be honest with a valid driver's license. Drug test and background check required. Job Type:
