Account Manager.

The location for this position is Waltham, MA. The 3DVIA

Account Manager

will be in charge of achieving revenue targets and growth objectives within assigned accounts. This role will sell value and strategic vision to secure customer commitment on long-term business transformation. Act as the Customer trusted advisor and first contact. Ensure Customer satisfaction by supporting and coordinating customer ongoing projects. Be an internal relay for any customer requests in order to facilitate and maximize response time. Demonstrate value and clear business understanding for retailers and cabinet manufacturers in Home & Kitchen and furniture industry segments. Leverage industry network and links from executive team to open doors to C-suite of new accounts. Utilize top down approach to attract new accounts and engagement at VP level and above. Generate growth in priority areas according to Sales Initiatives defined by Brands / Industries. Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives. Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with internal processes to achieve revenue plan. Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition) and government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards for doing business. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. 8+ years of SaaS Account Management Experience. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred. Experience or exposure to the Retail Industry preferred. Experience with B2C selling model. Strong presentation and demoing skills. Experience in consultative value selling. Experience with C-suite relationship building. Full Competency with Microsoft Office Products. Effective Communication Skills, written and verbal. Effective Negotiation Skills. Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between 205,000 and 260,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus. #LI-Hybrid
