Role Overview: The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Manager will be accountable for the assessment, implementation, business partnership, and ongoing production support of ADP's Lyric Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will be responsible for understanding our business needs and recommending best practices related to ADP HCM. The role will also include application oversight, execution of any system related projects, and 24 x 7 (where applicable) support and triage. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day system and operations issues, system troubleshooting, manage severity assignments and set priorities for resolution. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Super User with deep working knowledge and technical expertise with ADP HR, TA, Talent, Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Payroll. Develop and maintain documentation and train stakeholders on user procedures, process maps, guidelines, and policies as needed. Perform ADP administrative functions including business process and tenant configuration. Create, maintain, and process standard and custom ad-hoc reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Maintain roles related to security groups within our IT functional guidelines. Open/edit Cost Centers and Locations in partnership with the Finance team. Work with the Crystal Clean IT team to oversee and communicate new ADP releases. Lead integration and data conversion efforts for any acquisitions. Perform regular HR data audits within ADP's Lyric system to ensure data integrity. Manage a team of direct reports. Handle other duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HRIS management or related field. 5+ years of HRIS administration and/or configuration experience required; experience supporting HCM systems preferred. Advanced experience and understanding of HCM processes and procedures. Strong project management experience. Ability to work through complex issues and present options for solutions.
