The Role:

Lead Java Developer. Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid or Remote). Roles/Responsibilities: 13-16 years of experience (including hands-on/coding) in Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, Design Pattern, AWS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL. Experience in Spring Cloud, Docker, and container orchestration tools; ORM framework knowledge on CI/CD Jenkins. Excellent client handling skills. Experience working with offshore teams (Onsite-Offshore model) with good coordination skills. Experience in architecture design, solutioning, and documentation for enterprise applications. Qualifications: Contribute to the Agile Sprint board stories/tickets by performing analysis, design, development, review, and deployment. Perform the role of techno-functional manager and onsite coordinator. Provide technical guidance/solutions to clients and design optimal solutions. Coordinate across different delivery tracks, resolve technical issues, and drive important calls as needed. Conduct code reviews and guide developers on best coding practices. Perform relevant POCs and suggest digital transformations. Collaborate with DevOps and other stakeholders for deployment and releases. Assist the support team as needed and engage in critical production issues. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 to $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Benefits:
