A law firm seeks a skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to contribute to its class action, mass torts, and product liability litigation practice. Duties:
Develop and draft persuasive legal documents, including motions, memoranda, and briefs. Review, analyze, and prepare discovery responses with precision and thoroughness. Conduct detailed evaluations of discovery materials to inform case strategy and draft impactful motions. Design and prepare deposition outlines to support effective witness examination. Requirements:
A minimum of six years of professional experience in litigation, particularly in class action. Demonstrated expertise in drafting complex legal documents, including discovery responses, motions to dismiss, and summary judgment motions. Proficiency in managing large-scale litigation with a strategic approach to case development. Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution. Certifications:
Active and current bar admission in the jurisdiction of Georgia or eligibility for admission. Skills:
Advanced legal writing and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple deadlines and case priorities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a team setting. Strategic problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.
