Logistics Integrator
on the
Human Space Flight Technical Integration Contract (HSFTIC) at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities The
Logistics Integrator
will:
Track all spacecraft-related flight and ground support property procured, built, and managed by the Gateway Program (e.g., Habitation and Logistics Outpost (HALO) module, Power and Propulsion Element (PPE), flight spares and replacement units, laboratory equipment, test and verification equipment) at all property locations (e.g., JSC, other NASA Centers).
Coordinate with the Gateway Program, contractors, Export Control, International Partners, other NASA programs, and other stakeholders to manage the shipping, receiving, and transportation of Gateway property to, from, and within NASA.
Review the Gateway Program and Project-level receivables and deliverables lists (RECs/DELs), Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFE/GFP) lists, and other contract-specified lists that define property to be exchanged; and coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), property shippers, and property receivers to adequately plan and schedule shipping and receiving related activities (e.g., forms development, data reviews) in a timely manner to support property need dates.
Coordinate, plan, and conduct Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews (PSRRs) for all Gateway property being shipped between NASA Centers/organizations and external stakeholders; and coordinate and lead NASA participation in PSRRs conducted by external stakeholders shipping property associated with the Gateway program.
Coordinate with Gateway and other NASA programs Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and Technical Management Representatives (TMRs) to communicate planned property activities, ensure property-related information is adequately captured within Gateway contracts and other documents, and to ensure that any deliverables or other information associated with a delivery are properly uploaded and stored in the appropriate Gateway data repository.
Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
A BS/BA degree in engineering, math or science with a minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, performing professional work in design, development, test.
Excellent communication (in both written and verbal), integration, coordination, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Previous experience with logistics, resource management, supply chain management, or operational management.
Previous experience with innovation or process improvements.
Essential Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

Work may involve sitting for extended periods.
May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lb.
