Responsibilities: Solman Implementation for the following features and other duties as directed by the development manager or his delegate: Landscape & Harmonization Basic Configuration and Initial Setup Technical Operations Monitoring
(CA Wily, Cisco) – out of box monitor templates with minor configuration changes/fine-tuning Dashboards
– primarily default/out of box features Expected Deliverables: Validated information of basic configuration and initial preparation (LMDB, SLD, SAP Notes, Required User IDs and authorizations) Managed system configuration document to be shared with the basis team (RFC Connections, Agents, Latest ST add-on installed, Required User Ids and authorizations) Technical Monitoring activation document to be shared with the basis team (Global Settings of Infrastructure, Template Settings, and Alert Settings) Out of box Dashboard views for System Availability and System Performance Providing KT to the current support team on how to use monitoring after Go-live All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
