THE POSITION – Booking Intern – Touring Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Assist in administration for booking theater, amphitheatre, arena, and stadium level tours. Manage tour files to ensure all essential documents are being properly archived. Review Rome builds and fill in missing data (times, links, etc). Audit existing venue templates and clean up non-relevant data. Review venue contacts in Rome and populate our database. Assist with industry and guest ticketing requests and serve as a liaison on site as needed. Research new, up and coming artists, and distribute info to Tour Promoter and Tour Director. Create reports as needed and distribute to pertinent internal and external stakeholders. Final project:

LEARNING OBJECTIVES Learn to manage your time in a fast-paced world with time sensitive deadlines. Expand your knowledge of the live events industry with an emphasis on executing global tours. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for. Junior or Senior standing. Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and database programs. Fast learner with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment. Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment. Strong attention to detail. Passionate about live music and the music industry. This program is during Spring 2025 and will be in office.
