The Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Manager is primarily an administrative position. The Manager serves as back-up for the Director of Rehabilitation Services, coordinates the educational activities and competency assessment of the outpatient and off-site clinic staff, assures a high level of customer service, coordinates daily resource allocation across the departments and locations ensuring all ordered treatments are completed, participates in department program development and performance improvement activities, and assists in hiring and orientation of new staff. This position assists the director in all assigned duties in the provision of daily operational oversight of the hospital and off-site clinic outpatient rehab areas and serves as an administrative resource for these departments.

Qualifications:
Licensed as an occupational therapist, physical therapist, or speech and language pathologist in California, or eligible to take the examination for licensure in California if coming from out of state. Must maintain a current California license. Two years of experience required. Active membership in professional organizations is desirable. Administrative experience preferred. Advanced skills in Windows and Microsoft Office applications preferred. Outstanding communication skills. Experience with a wide variety of patient diagnoses is preferred.
