Position Summary:

The Graphic Design Program Director/Faculty will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Graphic Design program. With the guidance of the Creative Arts Division Executive Director, you will oversee program development, curriculum, and program faculty. Primary Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Graphic Design program. Recruit and retain talented students. Collaborate with faculty to develop and update curriculum. Oversee program assessment and accreditation. Instruction: Teach a variety of graphic design courses at the undergraduate level. Mentor and advise students. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching. Faculty Development: Support faculty development and professional growth. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and innovative learning environment. Qualifications: MFA in Graphic Design or related field preferred or a combination of a post-secondary degree and related 10+ years of graphic design industry experience. Proven experience in teaching graphic design at the college level. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite), UX, and UI. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. To Apply:
