We are seeking an RFIC Design Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for designing highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave RFICs in state of the art technologies. You will perform layout and modeling for RF design as well as assist in the characterization and the production of IC designs.
The successful candidate should demonstrate proven capabilities in the following:
Ability to implement basic RFIC and mmW design techniques including EM analysis and individual sub-circuits
Ability to implement new circuit design and simulation techniques invented by others
Basic understanding of foundry processes, layers, and performance parameters
Ability to use design tools and interpret simulation results
Ability to implement basic test methods for measuring individual performance parameters
Ability to use stabilization techniques and perform stability analyses
Requires peer reviews on work to ensure quality
MSEE with 0-2 years overall experience
You will work with an incredible team of IC design and test professionals developing state of the art products for 5G, SATCOM, and D&A markets. You will contribute to all aspects of product development including system-level specifications, floorplanning, characterization, and productization.
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $75,300 - $97,900, (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability. Base compensation is one element of Total Rewards offered at Qorvo. More information on the Total Rewards package can be shared upon request.
