Our Opportunity Summary: As a Principal RTL Design Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of DRAM digital IP design, from specification, RTL, verification, synthesis, lint, CDC, LEC, and static timing analysis to deliver a design meeting target power, performance, and area goals. Engineer What’s Encouraged Daily: Design DRAM digital IPs with ASIC flows, implementing, documenting, and delivering high performance, area, and power efficient RTL. Analyze design trade-offs based on features and performance requirements. Collaborate with the physical implementation team to optimize physical design to meet frequency, area, and power goals. Improve quality and efficiency through automation and refined development processes. Drive innovation into future Memory generations. How To Qualify: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in pre-silicon RTL design, Mixed-signal design. In-depth knowledge of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, and timing analysis. Strong understanding of digital design fundamentals and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of Verilog/System Verilog and simulation tools. Understanding of ASIC low power design techniques. Knowledge of CDC, RDC, STA, and UPF. Experience in RTL development for logic or mixed-signal circuits. Proven knowledge/experience of CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics. Ability to design digital and analog circuits using CMOS logic gates and transistors. What Sets You Apart: Strong experience with memory design.
