The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations. This independent position includes managing office logistics, supporting meetings, and maintaining a professional and welcoming work environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily office lunches for approximately 50 employees (Tuesday–Thursday) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, break rooms, and conference rooms Prepare and set up conference rooms for board meetings and executive gatherings Order and restock office supplies, snacks, and refreshments as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services (e.g., water delivery, shredding, and plant care) Provide light administrative support, including creating Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents Open and close the office, ensuring smooth daily operations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Less than 1 year of professional experience (ideal for recent graduates) Proficiency in
