What you’ll do:

As a key contributor to our global IT organization, you will leverage your expertise to deliver cutting-edge business solutions. Your role will encompass five core responsibilities:

Architect the Future

Develop and implement best practices, technology standards, and design patterns to empower the architecture community.

Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms through proof-of-concept development.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential architecture vulnerabilities.

Design and maintain a robust SAP functional architecture to support current and future business needs.

Provide expert architectural guidance to the Architecture Review Board.

Strategic Vision

Develop and execute long-term IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

Develop and execute multi-year architecture roadmaps for key business domains.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of IT offerings to inform strategic decisions.

Align IT initiatives with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.

Solution Delivery

Lead and design end-to-end architecture for complex, cross-functional projects.

Develop comprehensive architecture solutions across business, platform, data, and functional domains.

Lead and manage architecture teams on complex, large-scale projects.

Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among architecture teams.

Ensure project execution aligns with established architectural standards.

Leadership and Collaboration

Build and maintain a unified architecture vision across the organization.

Effectively communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cultivate and expand the architecture profession within and outside the organization.

Evaluate the business impact of various technology options and strategies.

Identify and mitigate potential technical and operational risks.

Effectively communicate complex technical information to executive-level stakeholders.

Architectural Design and Development

Develop and implement comprehensive architectural solutions across program, enterprise, and operational levels.

Create reusable architectural frameworks and components for efficient solution delivery.

Adapt and customize existing architectural solutions to meet specific project requirements.

Capture and disseminate architectural best practices and knowledge.

Establish and enforce architectural governance standards for programs and the enterprise.

What you need to bring:

Industry experience - Minimum 15+ years.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven SAP Expert:

Over 15 years of progressive SAP experience, with a strong focus on FI, CO, SD, BRIM, and Supply Chain modules.

Deep SAP Technical Proficiency:

In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 configuration, customization, and integration.

Transformation Leader:

Proven ability to lead and deliver complex SAP transformations.

Comprehensive SAP Lifecycle Management:

Demonstrated experience in planning, configuring, deploying, refreshing, and upgrading SAP landscapes.

Business Acumen and Problem Solving:

Strong financial and accounting acumen.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enterprise Architecture:

Proficiency in leveraging modeling tools to create and communicate strategic IT blueprints.

Problem Solving:

Creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Development Proficiency:

Good grasp of Fiori, ABAP and HANA development objects.

Security Knowledge:

Understand SAP security concepts and authorization checks in ABAP objects.

Strategic Leadership:

Ability to lead complex IT initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Team Collaboration:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.

Problem Solving:

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
