Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales/Solutions Architect to join our team at K4Connect. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions, particularly in the senior living market, and possess strong technical expertise to effectively communicate the value and benefits of K4Connect's products and services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a subject matter expert on K4Connect's FusionOS Enterprise Operating Platform and K4Community Enterprise Engagement Suite.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of K4Connect's solutions.
Develop and deliver customized technical proposals based on customer requirements.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including answering technical inquiries and conducting solution assessments.
Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product development initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote K4Connect's solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering, preferably in the enterprise software or healthcare industry.
Strong technical background with knowledge of enterprise software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integration technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of driving sales revenue and building strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the senior living or healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience working with a startup is a plus.
