We are looking for passionate and talented Software Development Engineers to innovate on this new service that addresses customer needs to build modern contact centers in the cloud. You will play a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, designing and delivering scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. As a developer on our team, you’ll own code end-to-end from design to development, and work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS. You’ll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, MicroServices, and more. 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
