Mayank Agarwal ) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware. Mission: In this role, you will own and execute Resolve AI’s go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, positioning, and messaging. You will be the voice of the customer, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with engineers and technical decision-makers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable market success. Key Outcomes: Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights Resolve AI’s unique value proposition and resonates with both technical users (engineers, SREs) and engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
Content Creation: Produce impactful content, including technical blogs, product videos, best practices, customer case studies, and thought leadership, to support demand generation and customer education.
Market Activation: Strategize and execute product launches and campaigns to boost awareness, drive adoption, and achieve significant pipeline and revenue growth.
Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to develop training materials, pitch decks, and tools that improve sales effectiveness and accelerate deal cycles.
Customer Insights: Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
Competencies: Customer-Centric: Deep empathy for customer needs, translating technical capabilities into clear, impactful narratives.
Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft compelling stories that communicate the product’s value and differentiate it in the market.
Collaborative: Proven success partnering with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and demand generation, to achieve business goals.
Strategic and Tactical: Able to think strategically about market positioning while rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and deliver results.
Data-Driven: Comfortable using analytics and metrics to inform decisions, measure performance, and refine strategies.
Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, quickly iterating to address new opportunities and challenges.
Preferred Experience: 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or a related role in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI.
Experience marketing to technical audiences, such as engineers, SREs, and developers, as well as engineering decision-makers.
Proven track record of launching products and executing successful go-to-market campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, competitive analysis, and customer research.
