Construction Project Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)

Job Description Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team! A fast-growing commercial HVAC/Plumbing contractor has an opening for a business savvy Construction Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity with an established mechanical contracting company that doubled its revenues last year and expects to maintain a similar growth pattern for the next several years. As Construction Project Manager you will: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with clients, project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications We are looking for a candidate with the personality and experience to meet the following requirements: Experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Master HVAC or Master Plumber license a plus.
