Founded in 2020, after years of taste tests and waitlists, Táche is the first and only pure pistachio milk on the market. Made without fillers or oils, and with a 75% smaller water footprint than almonds, Táche is for discerning individuals looking to transform have-to compromises into must-have essentials.
Since its debut, Táche has taken coffee shops, dairy aisles, and social media by storm. Initially prioritizing DTC channels to reach consumers as quickly and seamlessly as possible, the brand amplified that strategy by targeting third-wave independent coffee shops, before most recently hitting their first full year of retail distribution in summer 2024. Boasting an astounding 3500% growth thanks to a big debut at Target stores nationwide, Táche is now that "viral pistachiomilk" with millions of views on TikTok daily thanks to more consumers wanting a healthier, more sustainable plant-based milk.

The Head of Brand will be responsible for shaping and driving Táche’s brand strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring a high standard of creative excellence. This role will lead the development and execution of brand campaigns and partnerships that elevate awareness, drive sales and product trials, and support product launches. You will oversee the creative direction for all brand assets, ensuring consistency and quality across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Partnering closely with sales, finance, and product teams, you will identify new opportunities for innovation and execute co-branded initiatives that align with Táche’s values and business goals. This role will be the key brand leader during a phase of explosive growth as Táche will be driving towards a successful and profitable 2025 with $XXM in revenue. This is a full-time role based in NYC with a hybrid office structure. What You’ll Do
Brand & Partnerships Strategy & Execution Lead the strategy development for all brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and collaborations. Own research of the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for increased brand awareness. Create and manage budgets for innovative campaigns across social, partnerships, product collaborations, offline, merch, and beyond. Identify and execute strategic co-branded partnerships that align with Táche’s values, audience, and business goals. Partner with sales and finance teams to develop and implement a partnership growth strategy. Creative Direction Own the creative direction and content standards across all channels. Create guidelines and collaborate with social and design teams to ensure high-quality across digital, physical, and retail assets. Manage social team and creative contractors to ensure seamless and effective brand campaigns. Experiential Marketing Identify and manage inbound requests for revenue-driving IRL opportunities such as pop-ups and trade shows. Create a calendar of activations that meet standards of brand excellence. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of brand marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Develop KPIs for the brand and partnerships functions across channels and for workflow management. Who You Are

5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, at a fast-growing beauty, wellness, or food or beverage brand. Proven track record of developing and executing creative excellence and successful brand marketing and partnerships strategies that drive awareness and sales. Deep knowledge of the premium retail environment, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, particularly within the CPG sector. Experience managing brand marketing campaigns and partnerships across digital, retail, and OOH channels. A deep passion for partnerships, collaborations, and activations that shape a category. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. The Perks
