Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Maine
Certified Clinical Supervisor (CSS) designation or eligibility preferred
Education:
Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field Experience:
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for SUD and co-occurring disorders Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of SUD counselors and support staff Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group counseling Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as agency policies Facilitate staff training, development, and performance evaluations Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance client care and referral networks Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements to optimize treatment effectiveness Serve as a resource for complex cases, providing guidance and support as needed Job Type: Full Time Location: Portland, ME Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Apply Today!
