Senior Firmware Engineer

Job Description Perform embedded software/firmware development and validation in the area of Power Management – Buck Regulators and Motor Control as examples. Development of software architecture and design documentation for real-time embedded applications. Conduct and participate in peer review of software designs, code, and test specifications. Perform global team communication within the BU and the cross-functional team including the marketing team, program managers, IC design centers, and FAEs. Participate in the application and system solution development. Actively participate in key technical shows by presenting papers and training for advanced power electronics applications. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software development. Proficiency in low-level embedded firmware development (e.g., PWM/ADC) for 32-bit microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M) using C programming. Experience with real-time debugging tools (software and hardware). Knowledge of embedded software validation and test automation. Experience with the full software development lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, and maintenance.
