As part of your responsibilities, you’ll play an integral role in the development process, gaining firsthand experience in areas such as site analysis, plan preparation, and the intricacies of permitting processes. You’ll also delve into the unique technical considerations that come with designing and developing residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior engineers to create engineering plans, designs, and innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Use CAD software to develop technical designs and implement unique project ideas. Support the project permitting process, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations. Participate in diverse land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Contribute to a dynamic and creative team environment focused on delivering value to clients. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution. 0–1 years of post-graduate experience in land development or a similar field. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred or actively pursuing. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior internship or co-op experience in land development or related disciplines is a plus. Desire to pursue a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
