Compensation:
$95,000 - $150,000 annually DOE + benefits package.

Responsibilities:
Represent:
Provide knowledgeable legal counsel and advocacy in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and property division. Litigate:
Handle all phases of family law litigation, from pleadings and discovery to settlement negotiations, trials, and post-judgment matters. Advocate:
Present persuasive arguments in court during trials, hearings, and settlement discussions. Negotiate:
Lead negotiations and mediation on behalf of clients. Strategize:
Develop and oversee case strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client. Collaborate:
Work closely with colleagues and administrative staff to ensure efficient case handling. Connect:
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients. Grow:
Participate in business development efforts to expand our practice. Deliver:
Meet a billable hour requirement of 1,560 hours annually. Manage:
Oversee family law cases within the firm's established policies and procedures. Learn:
Stay updated on family law statutes and precedents. Own:
Take full ownership of developing case strategies and preparing legal documents. Qualifications: Licensed:
To practice law in the State of Maryland; ideally also licensed in DC and/or Virginia. Experienced:
3-5 years in Maryland and/or DC family law. Efficient:
