Summary: We are seeking a Senior UiPath RPA Developer to support our automation CoE to develop and maintain new and existing automations, enabling the establishment of the RPA platform at the enterprise level. Location of work is 100% remote. This position leverages UiPath and similar RPA low-code platforms to develop workflows and orchestrate solutions. The Sr Developer must be capable of understanding business requirements, working with multiple business stakeholders and end users to develop a proposed solution, and collaborating with the technical CoE team members to develop and deploy the solution. This position requires experience with enterprise-level automations, including: Expert-level knowledge mainly with the UiPath platform. Experience in detailed technical requirements analysis, bot design, testing, and deployment. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent working experience. Knowledgeable of ITSM, SDLC life cycle, and workflow development practices and techniques. UiPath Associate certification is required. 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying automation using UiPath Cloud Orchestrator. 7+ years of overall professional IT developer experience. Hands-on experience in design and development of automations using RE Framework and REST-based APIs, SOAP Web Services, and various Automation Integration Hub connectors. Experience orchestrating integration use cases involving multiple systems and complex business processes. Basic understanding of Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Automation tools. Experience with scrum and other agile-based methodologies of software development. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Job Qualifications: UiPath Certification - Advanced RPA Professional Development certification (UiARD) is required within the first 6 months of employment. If the candidate does not have UiPath experience, they must be certified within the first 6 months. General knowledge of SQL and Databases, REST API, JSON, XML. Hands-on experience with Document Understanding and AI Center or any OCR/IDP technologies. Deep understanding of RPA, specifically UiPath development methodologies. Responsibilities: Managing assigned tasks related to design, build, and testing of automations, maintaining a high standard of service for all customer requests. Providing updates to, and participating as needed in weekly status calls with customers, including updates on helpdesk ticketing system function, requests processed, and issues solved. Developing new automation use cases using UiPath or similar automation technologies and providing ongoing support for existing automation projects. Documenting and communicating technical issues and translating technical issues into step-by-step resolutions for customer counterparts and internal stakeholders. Participating in platform upgrades and performing testing as needed. Working with Process Analysts and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participating in continuous learning opportunities to grow solution expertise. Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested. Actively participating in building dashboards for current automation projects in Power BI or equivalent data analytics platforms. Identifying and communicating technical problems, processes, and solutions. Contributing to key phases of the development lifecycle. Continuously maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting issues and problems. Providing support and follow-up for issues. Other duties as assigned. Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
