We are seeking an experienced security solutions/product manager to oversee and drive the most important strategic efforts within Cybersecurity Operations. This specialist will be responsible for refining requirements, developing project plans, oversight of development/implementation, and management of closure/ongoing support plans of medium to large projects. This position reports to the CSO SSR Group Manager and has joint accountability to the Global Heads of the Cybersecurity Fusion Center and Cybersecurity Operations. Responsibilities
Management of technical/security projects and products from identification of need to deployment and continuous improvement Seek out areas of improvements within Cyber SecOps teams by improving efficiency in new product adoption and capability creation Manage CSO tooling with Security Engineering teams Evaluate systems and processes spanning multiple Cyber SecOps teams to ensure maximum efficacy and utilization Liaise with internal and external parties for product and program management Coordinate with platform and development stakeholders to swiftly remediate defects that block cyber teams’ activities Provide direct support to product users during development, user testing, and deployment Coordinate and communicate project updates with stakeholders to keep them apprised of development status Develop and continuously oversee the Capability Strategy for CSO Support major project roadmapping to ensure proper resource availability and dependency management Assist in coordination of CSO budgetary management Contribute to and represent prioritized requirements in regular strategic planning reviews with senior CSO and CISO leadership Requirements
8+ years' experience working on Cybersecurity projects/programs with 4+ years' experience with Agile product management Verifiable experience deploying solutions in ServiceNow SIR and VR SaaS modules Strong proficiency with Jira as both a program/project management and issue management suite Demonstrated experience in deploying medium-to-large scale security and data solutions Project experience with Agile methodology, vendor engagement, and management consulting/implementation 2+ years of security systems analysis or development experience Superior organizational and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in from multiple levels of stakeholders Diverse problem-solving experience gained from driving change-leadership activities Ability to translate and structure less-defined technical and business requirements into measurable tasks and milestones Experience working in cross-functional teams across silos and organizations Proven ability to listen to all levels of peers and stakeholders to ensure solutions identified support critical needs.
