Aircraft RF Systems Integration Engineer

Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for various Anduril Electronics Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) products. Characterize wireless communication systems and devices. Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures observed in integration, characterization, and system level testing. Integration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software. Facilitate electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test plan. Develop and maintain test standards, design and develop test equipment, or procure and handle purchased test capital equipment to support test readiness. Support and perform field testing and act as a liaison to conduct ground and flight testing. Leverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures. Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility and repeatability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and/or system validation and verification testing. Skilled with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers. Familiar with Linux applications like command line (terminal) interface, creating and executing shell scripts, debug utilities, and general file system navigation. Familiar with programming languages like Python or Matlab to perform data parsing, data analysis, and test automation. Strong root cause analysis skills. Ability to travel to and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning, and training as required. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skills. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Must hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiar with wireless communication protocols and test methods. Experience with RF integration. Familiar with military and spectrum regulatory standards and test methods. US Salary Range: $140,000 - $215,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
