Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a

HR Generalist .

Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Baltimore MD

As an

HR Generalist - Talent Management Specialist,

you will: An HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of human resources activities within an organization. They typically work under the direction of an HR manager or director and may specialize in one or more areas of HR, such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, or training and development.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the organization and the size of the HR team, but generally include:

Recruiting and onboarding new employees, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation. Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Managing employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Managing HR records and data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assisting with employee training and development programs. Participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement initiatives. Keeping abreast of HR trends and best practices.

Special Comments:

4-7 years of relevant experience and familiarity with conducting the business talent review, succession planning, and other talent management processes including planning, facilitation, and reporting to support effective talent selection, development, and management for assigned business unit. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Familiarity with conducting succession planning and talent discussions. Comfortable with presenting and executive facilitation. Comfortable with facilitating/presenting talent discussion with leaders. PowerPoint presentation skills.

$ 55 – 60 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
