This position can be performed remotely from within the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT). What will you be doing? As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our team by: Managing Complex Calendars:
Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling for our senior executives. Supporting Key Meetings:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track. Handling Travel & Expenses:
Arrange seamless global travel and manage expense claims with precision. Creating Impactful Presentations:
Use your PowerPoint and Excel skills to craft clear, engaging presentations and reports. Liaising with Key Stakeholders:
Serve as a key communication link between executives, managers, and external parties. Assisting with Team Events:
Organize events and provide support to our UK-based EAs when they visit the US. What are we looking for? We seek candidates with: Executive Assistant Experience:
Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Diary Management Skills:
Ability to handle complex schedules and prioritize effectively. Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Word. Presentation Skills:
Experience in creating clear and compelling business presentations. Business Acumen:
