Admissions & Recruiting The Assistant Director, Digital Strategy and Marketing is a role that combines creativity, innovation, and collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a goal-oriented focus. This position supports the marketing and recruiting of qualified prospective students for application and enrollment by executing digital and other marketing strategies including: Graphics Web content development Email and texting Social media Video Print User-generated content Multimedia tools The Assistant Director will manage and motivate the Digital Strategy and Marketing team to produce inspirational messaging in new and cutting-edge ways to reach the appropriate audiences in marketing and advertising platforms. The position will report to the Sr. Director of Enrollment Services and will identify, evaluate, implement, and report on effective strategies utilizing tactics for search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and optimized website content. This individual will work with management, direct reports, internal stakeholders, and outside vendors to execute initiatives that are in line with the University’s overall marketing and enrollment goals.
